  If i remember a discussion with our rep, it can be use only with rms.

  Yes, Only RMS.
  
  The new Massio line will do both as i understood

  Why do they make a product that finally looks like it might be useful and actually work in this market, then turn it into a piece of rubbish by allowing RPM programming only?? I tried to sign up to RPM a few weeks ago, never heard anything back..

  We just received on for testing and it seems this is correct. It did look like a great product, but RPM only seems unnecessarily limiting. From what I can tell RPM only supports AMX video switchers. Our plan was to update our classroom systems using this controller, but they use non-AMX scalers. If anyone can tell me how to use other scalers in RPM or program using NS I would really love it! (NS would be preferred.)
