Can't Update Firmware on WAP250G

I'm trying to do this update - haven't done one before so I'm sure I'm missing something. Please advise.

The WAP is showing v1.0.4.6 in the system info.

I go to "Upgrade via the Web Page" and select the zz-img.bin from AMX that's supposed to be 1.0.6.0 and do "Start Upgrade"

After an appropriate amount of time I see this pages:



I've tried all 3 buttons and none results in an update. The system info page continues to show 1.0.4.6.
