Foxtel IR files

hello all,

just a quick one, im trying to get my .IRL files for my foxtel IQ boxes to work.

I have:
Defined a Device under DEFINE_DEVICE as FoxtelIQ1_1 = 5001:5:0
Imported the .IRL file into the workspace folder called IR
I have mapped that file to FoxtelIQ1_1
I send a PULSE{FoxtelIQ1_1,13] which corresponds to Number 1 on a Foxtel remote

But I can't get seem to any actual IR information to leave my IR emitter, none of the fox boxes respond and looking at the tip of the emitter with a camera reveals no infrared coming out.

My question is, am i missing a crucial step here?

    Did you transfer the IR file to the master?

    Hello Paul,

    Yes I had transferred it, and without changing anything it all just started working (at about 6pm last night). I suspect the Fox boxes had something to do with it as their quite old and very dirty (they have been operated for years behind a bar near the service area).
