I know about guifx.com but is there any other websites which do similar gui templates files that is worth purchasing.

In all seriousness though as AMX_Chris said graphics are portable. If someone has designed a kick arse UI kit (preferably orientated towards a touch interface - which with penetration of touch based mobile devices most now are) the graphics are pretty easy to bring into TP4. Yes, it can save you a little bit of work but you don't need a pre-formed TP4 template.

* replace 'psd' with your tool of choice.
