I just spent numerous hours troubleshooting an HDMI RX issue.
The problem was the RX would not pass video to the monitor.
I discovered the the box would block video as soon as I sent HSOFF to it.
Please do not send HSOFF to the RX box. It will need to be power cycled in order to fix the it.
That is all.

We removed the command but will upgrade the FW next we are onsite.
